The platform is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are legal citizens or residents of Bangladesh. Operating an account on behalf of a minor or a legally ineligible person is strictly prohibited.
Ace69 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Account Creation & Security
To register on ace69, you must provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full name, date of birth, a valid email address, and mobile number. Accounts created with false or misleading information may be suspended at any time and any balance may be forfeited. Each individual may hold only one account; if multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Sharing account access with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify ace69's support team immediately and change your password. For security purposes, ace69 may periodically request identity verification (KYC), and submission of the required documents within the specified timeframe is mandatory.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
While using the ace69 platform, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Any form of fraudulent activity, software manipulation, use of bots, or attempts to hack the system are strictly prohibited and constitute a punishable offence. Attempting to manipulate betting outcomes, colluding with other users for misconduct, or using the platform for money laundering purposes is entirely illegal.
Users must confirm that they are betting solely with their own funds and not using money belonging to any third party. Offensive, hateful, or obscene communication of any kind is strictly prohibited on the ace69 platform. ace69's security team monitors all suspicious activity and reserves the right to report it to the relevant authorities when necessary. Ace69 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any user account while an investigation is underway. Depending on the outcome, the account will either be reinstated or permanently closed. ace69 holds final authority over all such decisions.
Payment & Transaction Information (BDT)
All transactions on ace69 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other local mobile banking methods for deposits and withdrawals. Deposits are generally credited instantly, though network delays may occasionally extend processing time up to 30 minutes.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours after verification. Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed. For suspicious transactions, ace69 may request additional verification, during which the payout will be put on hold. If evidence of money laundering or use of illegal funds is found, the relevant amount will be forfeited and appropriate legal action will be taken.

Participation in betting is entirely at the user's own discretion and carries a risk of financial loss — ace69 is not liable for such losses. ace69 is not responsible for any damages resulting from technical errors, server disruptions, or internet connectivity issues. For third-party services (such as mobile banking gateways), ace69 is not directly liable for any issues caused by those parties.
Ace69 may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances: violation of terms, fraudulent activity, operating multiple accounts, failure to complete KYC verification, extended inactivity, or a directive from legal authorities. Users will generally be notified before an account is closed; however, in cases of serious violations, immediate action may be taken without prior notice. Users who wish to close their account may submit a request through the support team. Any valid remaining balance at the time of closure will be refunded after verification. However, amounts tied to unsettled bets or unfulfilled bonus conditions may be voided.
Intellectual Property, Third Parties & Governing Law
All content on the ace69 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of ace69. No user may copy, distribute, modify, or commercially use any part of this content without prior written permission from ace69. ace69 reserves the right to pursue legal action and claim compensation in the event of any intellectual property infringement.
The ace69 platform may include third-party services or links, such as payment gateways or data providers. ace69 is not responsible for the quality, security, or performance of any such third-party services. These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms will first be addressed through ace69's support team. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, the matter will be referred to the competent courts of Bangladesh.
